Toronto-based musician Jeremie Albino expands the boundaries of Americana, folk, and country, with his brand of soulful storytelling and kinetic performance. His 2019 debut, Hard Time, was released to critical acclaim by New York-based label Cinematic Music Group, followed by Blue Blue Blue (a collaboration with vocal powerhouse Cat Clyde). With a sophomore record and tours through North America and Europe on the horizon, Albino has solidified his bluesy, unfiltered sound in his latest EP, Past Dawn. The 6-song collaboration recorded over 2020’s quarantine, produced by Michael Trent of Shovels & Rope, showcases the songwriter at his most captivating: exploring loss, love, and home against a background of hopeful camaraderie.
