Help Our Athletes Take on the World

The Irish National Lacrosse team represents the spirit and pride of Ireland on the global stage. Comprised of dedicated Irish citizens—including many first and second-generation Irish Canadians right here in our community—these elite athletes compete at the highest international levels, from the World Championships to the Olympic games.

The Challenge

Despite their incredible talent and dedication, our players receive little to no official funding. Currently, these athletes bear the immense financial burden of paying for their own flights, accommodations, and travel expenses to represent Ireland in tournaments across the globe.

How You Can Help

Join us for a community fundraiser at the Durham Celtic Supporters Club in Whitby to help get our team where they belong! All proceeds from this event will be directed straight to the organization, where the team treasurer will allocate the funds to cover the most critical and immediate travel and operational needs of the athletes.
