Road trip with us through the erotica metaverse, as told by 100+ Heels dancers, pole dancers, and storytellers. From sweaty flings on faraway beaches to swoony tales of love that transcends time and space - there’s enough spice in this show to tickle all the fancies. ;)

Follow our prolific romantasy novelist, Eleanor, as she takes us back to the birthplace of her erotica career - at “Storytelling Mastermind for Unwritten Topsellers”, affectionately known as “S.M.U.T. Camp.” This famed writers’ retreat for erotic novelists is where the best steamy manuscripts are massaged into moan-worthy masterpieces.

RESERVED CHAIR - $45 PER SEAT +GST
Guarantee a seat with a great sightline! Guarantee yourself a reserved seat (or seats, all together if you purchase them in the same transaction) with an excellent sight line. Feel free to arrive at any time, and just look for the chair(s) with your name on them! You’re also welcome to roam and grab drinks and then return, knowing your seat is your own for the whole show. The seats are folding chairs on ground level.

SEATED STOOL GA TICKETS - $40 PER SEAT +GST
Secure a first-come-first-serve place to sit! Receive exclusive access to our first-come-first-served limited hightop stools throughout the venue. While this guarantees you a spot to sit, come early for the best chance at a good sightline and space to sit with friends. Please remain with your seat throughout the performance to avoid having it be overtaken by another patron. The seats are high top stools against bars and/or tables.

Super Early Bird + Early Bird tickets are available in limited quantities, so buy early to save! This ticket is standing only and does not include a place to sit - we cannot provide seats to GA patrons day-of. Make sure you come early to get a great spot! LAST BUT NOT LEAST... as a show focused primarily on human sexuality, we now more than ever want to acknowledge that Heels dance, and thus this show, would not be possible without the tireless determination of sex workers - especially trans, Black and Latinx strippers & sex workers - to fight for the right to work & live safely. The sex-positivity movement that allows us to dance in varying states of undress on public stages was started by and continues to be pushed forward by sex workers. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you send me a ticket? Do I have to bring a ticket to the event?

YES, you will be emailed a QR code you’ll need to scan to get into the venue.

Are there minimum age requirements for this event?

Yes, all patrons must be 19+ to enter the venue and will need to present two pieces of valid government ID to be allowed entry.

What can/can’t I bring into the event?

Personal use of cellphones and cameras is allowed but please refrain from using flash. Remain respectful of the personal space and safety of other audience members and dancers at all times. No outside food or beverages are permitted. No vaping permitted on the premises.

Can I take and post photos of the show?

Yes, please just tag @luminesquedance and/or @luminesquevictoria and/or @polecoven when you do so! We reserve the right to ask for any unkind posts to be taken down.

How do I contact the organizer?

Email glow@luminesquedance.com and allow 72 business hours for a response.

What is the refund policy?

We are not able to offer refunds at any time, so please sell them to another patron and make sure you provide them your QR code so they can be scanned into the venue.

ACCESSIBILITY

It is with our deepest apologies that we acknowledge that the Capital Ballroom are not a wheelchair accessible venue. We do reserve some seated options for those with other mobility requirements, so please contact glow@luminesquedance.com to arrange those should a seated ticket not be available to you.

ABOUT LUMINESQUE

Luminesque Dance is the heels dance program and show, guaranteed to make you glow! Our mission is to provide expertly-designed heels dance training and professional dance productions that serve as an empowering, safer space to explore and celebrate underrepresented expressions of self and sexuality. We have locations all across the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples (AKA: Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish + Victoria). Our team is a collective of 40+ dance instructors, community builders, and trauma-informed educators.

Our PROGRESS program guides beginner to advanced dancers through the context, technique, and performance of heels dance in weekly classes, divided into several levels, for 5-month terms. The cast of 400+ dancers then celebrates their growth and connection through an epic production performed for an audience of thousands of supportive fans. PROGRESS does not require dance experience or an audition to join - everybody (19+) is welcome!
