REFUND POLICY:

Please read carefully and make sure the terms are clear and easy to follow:

1. The event is non-refundable unless an official cancellation statement by the event organizer which will be both sent through email and also announced on Instagram and other social media by organizers, you can follow the event information on the Instagram page: @bong.event

2. The event will be refunded once the show is cancelled officially based on item 1, the refund can take up to 3 weeks due to the fact that it has to be processed by banking systems of each individual and refunded, however Bong Event are legally liable for refunds if the event is officially cancelled.

3. If the event due to force-major circumstances is post-poned ( War - Pandemic - Visa issues - Travel issues - illness - venue damage and construction) to a time interval between 90-120 days, there will be NO REFUNDS, all the tickets will be active and will be renewed, however as a courtesy of Bong Event, the organizers will analyze each case that is requested individually via email or telephone (437)-991-666-0, and will confirm refunds once the reasoning and logic behind the request is accepted.

4. The acceptance of such request in Item 3 will be based upon force major requests and issues such as (Travel - War - Illness - School and University) and the organizers will request a written proof for the acceptance of such refund requests.

5. If there is an instance of disaster in the event ( i.e. while the event is happening ) such as Power Outage, Earthquake, Acts of Terrorism, All of the attendees will be refunded for the experiences within 1 month of the event.

6. Any other refund requests will be rejected; unless a force-major incident that is impossible for the person to attend or transfer the tickets to someone else.

7. Bong Event is a globally renowned Entertainment company with over 50 shows per year, quality of any event is extremely important for our organizing team, however in any event there is a small probability of natural catastrophes and/or events that are not in the control of organizers such as War, this forces the organizers to enlist all of the possibilities, however we will guarantee a unique experience for the attendees and your experience is all that matters to our teams!

8. Please adjust the schedule and make sure your attire and attitude is not offensive towards the venue staff. Do not show up to the venue under influence of any substances, you are responsible for security's handling of your presence.
