Max Bartos
Max Bartos is a New York–based folk and Americana singer-songwriter whose music blends introspective lyricism with anthemic folk-rock energy. Built on honest storytelling, memorable melodies, and a relentless DIY work ethic, his songs move effortlessly between intimate reflection and crowd-lifting sing-alongs, exploring heartbreak, humor, resilience, and the enduring hope that connects people.
Drawing comparisons to Marcus Mumford, Noah Kahan, Bruce Springsteen, and John Prine, Bartos has developed a songwriting style that feels both deeply personal and universally relatable. Whether performing solo or backed by a full band, his live shows create an authentic connection with audiences, transforming every performance into a shared experience rooted in sincerity, passion, and community.
Over the past several years, Bartos has built a devoted following through extensive touring and grassroots growth, performing throughout the Northeast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, and West Coast. His latest album, Waiting At The Crossroads (2025), represents a creative milestone, showcasing his most confident and fully realized songwriting to date. In support of the record, he completed a 30-date U.S. tour and has toured nationally as direct support for Brendan James, Rita Wilson, David Cook and Howie Day. Now entering an exciting new chapter, Max Bartos has signed with Universal Attractions Agency (UAA) and Noble Steed Music. With new music already underway and a fourth studio album slated for early 2027, Bartos continues to build on the authenticity and emotional resonance that have become the hallmark of his career.
