Hey It’s Pablo

Hey It's Pablo (born Damon Joe Bysterveld) is an indigenous electronic dance music producer and DJ based out of Victoria, British Columbia. At age 11, Damon picked up a guitar, and with it, an insatiable appetite to know and study music. In his early twenties, Pablo ingrained himself in the underground music scene in Victoria and BC, working with Submersive Studios, Blueprint Victoria, and Dubversified Culture locally, and has been credited on media teams for Bass Coast, Shambhala and Wicked Woods Music Festivals. Shaped by this array of work, Hey it's Pablo is known today for his eclectic taste of crowd-pleasers and deep cuts in bass-heavy electronic dance music. Hey it's Pablo DJ sets are consistently a sonic expedition in (but not limited to) dubstep, trap jungle/dnb, house and techno with original productions, some of which have received praise from artists such as Esseks, Onhell, Tsuruda and others.
