Aversions

Aversions started in 2019 when vocalist-guitarist Sam C and drummer Joey R, recent fast friends from a trade school meet-cute, decided to realize their shared punk-diaspora musical leanings. Hailing from the complicated streets of East Vancouver, the band channel varied influences (musical, literary, cinematic) into urgent character studies of both the spirits that haunt these streets, and the city itself.
